As our Senior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing our organic social media strategy designed to increase engagement and brand awareness in the US and several international markets. Social media channels currently include Twitter, Instagram, Linked-In, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. 

This position is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, is extremely creative and balances that with analytics. You would be working in an entrepreneurial, fun, and fast paced culture on a brand who identifies themselves as a maverick and is a leader in category education. It is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow a small team and take our organic social strategy to the next level.  

What you’ll do: 

• Develop and oversee the social media strategy for all US brands and personalities  
• Plan, implement and monitor brands organic social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Define social media KPI’s & goals and report to key stakeholders regularly 
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure a tightly integrated strategy
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is engaging, informative and on-brand 
• Manage and develop organic social media specialists
• Monitor SEO and user engagement while suggesting content optimizations across channels 
• Stay up to date with the latest organic social media best practices and technologies   

Who you are: 

• Community strategist interested in financial markets with an organic approach to social media 
• Idea generator who knows how to tell stories. 
• Excellent knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube. Reddit is a plus. 
• Deep understanding of SEO, analytics, social KPI’s and organic social channels 
• Data driven in decision making, experience using Sprout Social & SEMRush
• An innate sense of curiosity who wants to build something unique in the category
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
