IT Support

Our IT Support team answers calls, emails, and chats concerning the functionality of our trading platform. The team is also providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.

Guiding customers through our platform

The focus of the IT Support team is helping folks who may not have grown up with technology as second nature. Our goal is to assist customers in navigating our various platforms (desktop, website, and mobile), ensure the platforms are working as they should, and identify and report bugs to developers.

Our team is also responsible for aiding our internal tastyworks/tastytrade team with their needs whenever possible.

You don’t need to be a computer scientist!

Though we do like candidates to have some basic level of technical understanding, we actually prioritize someone's customer service experience over anything else. For this team it's important to know how to work efficiently, listen, and treat customers with kindness.
